Job Description
P. NEMIR is your hometown department store, focused on delivering style, value and exceptional service. As a sales team member, you’ll be helping customers build wardrobes, learn and share product knowledge, accurately ring sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
Greet customers promptly, and help them find styles and sizes.
Build rapport with customers and other associates.
Merchandise the store, while maintaining presentation standards.
Work with the Visual Director to implement and change displays.
Collect and process e-commerce and phone orders.
Organize, straighten and clean your department.
Introduce the Company and its products and services to friends and neighbors.
Achieve personal sales goals while helping the team reach its objectives.
Requirements
A passion for fashion, and an openness to learn.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to relate and work with a team effectively.
The ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Previous clothing retail experience desired.
Customer service experience.
Proficiency in math, computer skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
